- Apply to clean, towel-dried skin.
- Simply wear for 20-30 minutes (or wear for a longer, more soothing relaxation experience).
- To begin, we recommend wearing daily for seven consecutive days for most effective visible results. Can be used daily or weekly, as often as desired to maintain results.

Gently hand wash in cold water, without twisting. Line dry in shade. Do not machine wash, bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Replace after 30 uses.
