Say Goodbye to Neck Pain with These Simple Stretches

Say Goodbye to Neck Pain with These Simple Stretches

Do you find yourself constantly rubbing your neck or feeling stiff and sore after a long day at work? Neck pain is a common issue, but the good news is that there are simple stretches you can do to alleviate discomfort and improve your overall neck health.

Here are five stretches to try:

Neck Rotation

Gently turn your head to the right, holding for a few seconds, and then repeat on the left side. This stretch helps to release tension in the neck and shoulders.

Neck Tilt

Tilt your head to the right, trying to touch your ear to your shoulder, and then repeat on the left side. This stretch targets the sides of the neck and can help improve flexibility.

Chin Tuck

Sit up straight and pull your chin in towards your chest, holding for a few seconds. This stretch can help improve posture and alleviate tension in the neck and upper back.

Shoulder Rolls

Roll your shoulders forward and then up towards your ears, and then roll them back and down. This stretch helps to release tension in the neck and shoulders.

Upper Trapezius Stretch

Reach behind your back with one hand and gently pull your head towards your opposite shoulder. This stretch targets the upper trapezius muscle, which can often become tight and sore.

It comes without saying of course, that we highly recommend wearing our éLive Moisturising Gel Neck Wrap for added relaxation.
